Specification

To compile the specification, we will work with you and your teams to define and document the exact scope, with all technical requirements and interfaces.

Concept

 

To develop the solution, we brainstorm all possibilities with you. Together we evaluate the options, and we then develop the best solutions into high level designs, with rough calculations, risk analyses, and estimates of time and cost.

Concept review

In the concept review, we present for approval the solution along with all critical details. With your approval, we move to the design phase.
